Family portrait session (Megan, Brad, B, & B) – Winchester, MA

When a special friend asks you to photograph her family, you do it willingly, happily and feel honored. At least, that’s how I feel about it. So, after the session, when Megan handed me two giant paper bags full of dinner for my family that night (and then some), I was floored. Homemade taco soup, homemade applesauce, tortilla chips, homemade banana bread, and fixings for cheese quesadillas. And wine. Did I mention that she’s a wonderful cook? Delish.

In any case, photographing Brad (who’s my husband’s good friend) and Megan, along with their two adorable girls was a joy (and would have been a joy even without the gift of dinner). Big sister B enjoyed the low-hanging leaves on the trees and played peak-a-boo with her baby sister. We explored a bit around the pond all amidst a high school cross country meet.

Brad and Megan, thanks for a fun little session while dodging the runners and extra thanks from me and my gang for the delicious meal. What a treat!
