Soon-to-be big sister C is already brimming with pride about her baby sister who is expected to make her debut in June. She’s already practiced feeding her dolls, she sings to her mama’s belly, and shares stories about her big plans for her and her sister. She’s as cute as a button. She’s also my only niece – for now, at least. This shoot with my sister, Rainelle, her huband, Doug, and my sweet niece was a lot of fun. It was on one of the warmer days we’ve had this spring and the light was so pretty as the session was just before dusk.
Rainelle, you look beautiful and I look forward to meeting (and photographing!) your newest little one this summer. Doug, should you ever feel outnumbered in your house, all you have to do is think of the 5:1 ratio my dad had and you will feel better. And to my sweet niece, you will be a wonderful big sister, I’m sure. I cannot wait!
