There is nothing like newborn love. This little person is all of a sudden there, in the world, and is dependent on you for everything. And the love that exists is pure. Sweet Baby K has made her way into the hearts of her mom and dad. I’m loving these cheeks!
At 7 weeks old, she was quite alert for most of the session though we did manage to get her asleep for some shots as well.
I loved this precious bassinet though apparently Baby K has not found it to be a suitable place to sleep; she much prefers her mama’s arms.
I think babies are born with an innate ability to work their way out of a swaddle no matter how well done it is. My husband fondly dubbed it the “Houdini.”
